Our experience is mainly in assembling interior parts such as glove compartments, located over front-seat passanger´s footwell, armrests and otehr smaller sets of parts.
Assembling of sets
We offer the assembling of sets. The assembly can be manual, semi-automatic using assembly jigs, or automatic using assembly carousels.
Printing and ultrasonic welding
During the assembling process, we are able to implement other process steps, such as printing parts (tampography), punching, ultrasonic welding, stapling, felt gluing and the like.
